 New Client BasicsLength of each treatmentOne hour is booked for each client. To provide the best treatment the actual work time will vary. Over-treatment results in lost ground in the treatment process. Fortunately the body gives good notice as this point is approaching. Length of Time between treatments Treatments are normally spaced two to four weeks apart, occasionally longer. Change always occurs between treatments. Often more change occurs between treatments than during each treatment. It is essential to give the body time to come to a new equilibrium between treatments. Fees and Payment Payment is to be made at the time of treatment unless other arrangements have been made in advance. The fee is $120 per visit. Billed rates will vary, please ask for details. Payment may be made in cash, by check or by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, or Discover. If you wish to pay by check please have your check made out before you arrive for the treatment. Please feel free to discuss the financial aspect of your treatment at any time. The fee for each missed session is $120. The fee for cancellation up to 48 hours before an appointment time is $60. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations Missed appointments are a loss to everyone including other people who would have liked to have had that time. In order to keep prices reasonable there is a fee for missed sessions and late cancellations. All services are provided by Jeffrey Burch M.S., L.L.C.
